Horrible experience with boarding my dogs. Rover did check in with me to see what happened but I do not believe it will lead to any change with this provider.

Rover was recommended to us by a friend when we were searching for a last minute car boarder. It was absolutely perfect for us - easy to find a boarder, compare location and rates, and chat with them to make sure. While to options for kitties are a little less that the ones for dogs, it was still very helpful and valuable.

I have booked visits through Rover several times over the last couple of years and been very happy with the service. Everything is done through the app or website. I receive texts (via app) when the sitter arrives and leaves. Sitters take photos of my pets and monitor their food intake. Affordable, too. It's nice to have peace of mind that my pets are being cared for while I'm away.

Using Rover lead to finding a in-home sitter that lovingly takes care of our dog. We have used the same sitter multiple times and have been highly satisfied each time.

Rover uploaded all of my text messages from all numbers to their app. How creepy. They would send me notices that I did not have an appointment and then double book me after I booked it again. They would send messages to my Rover sitter that I was requesting appointments that I did not request.
