Service is easy to use and all the cat sitters I’ve booked have been great! Will definitely continue to use Rover!

Rover supports Neglect
Sitter didn’t show, Rover didn’t assist. I’m out hundreds of dollars to replace my locks and get new keys because the sitter never gave them back. This was a nightmare experience and if you love your pet, book somewhere else.

Great service and wonderful pet sitter
The communication by Molly, our cat sitter was great. I felt reassured that my pet was in good hands while I was away. Molly went above and beyond by caring for our chickens as well. We tipped her nicely for this extra service. Rover made payment easy. Rover facilitated the payment and communication with ease.
