Rover is a great concept but we've been unable to form any lasting connections with walkers or sitters and basically have to start the whole vetting process over again each time we need a service. A lot of people with listings don't respond, have out of date availability or cancel at the last minute. I've requested to Rover time and again that they create more barriers to listing and do more quality checks to address these issues, similar to how AirBNB has managed their hosting platform. Maybe the more reliable people are just out of my price range ($60 for a walk is reaching).

We have a wonderful dog walker from Rover. The app is easy to use and we are so happy with how we communicate with our walker.

Jennifer does a great job watching pepper. Always know pepper is in good hands when we go out of town.

Rover is a great concept and organization. My only comment would be, communications between me and my dog care giver were complicated, going through Rover. We changed to WhatsApp within a day or two.

Rover is a great place to find a dog sitter. The ability to meet and determine if it is a good fit is a real benefit. The sitters are dog lovers and knowledgeable about how to take care of dogs.

Jake and Chanakra are extremely dependable dog sitters and are very good with Cooper.

Rover makes it easy to find and contract sitters for our beloved pet. We have used Rover for a few years now and have never been disappointed.

Knowing that my puppy was in hands I could trust and she would have an awesome time.
