Found wonderful people to keep my doggo…Rover made it easy to communicate.

Wonderful! She was kind and kept us informed with lots of pictures! We felt our girl was well taken care of as well as we felt our girl was on vacation of her own too… ☺️❤️

My experience was great because the sitter, Sherri G. was awesome! My dog hurt herself the day before I left for vacation and Sherri was so good in giving my dog her medicine and also communicating with me every day as to her progress. Sending me pictures too. The Rover app is good but could be a little more user friendly. All in all it's a great app to find a pet sitter and to stay in touch with the pet sitter.

I found myself in need of someone to do drop-in visits mid-day for my 2 basset hounds on Saturdays while I worked and really had no one I could ask to do this on a regular basis, so I checked into Rover. The gal who came out to meet us before scheduling our first visit was wonderful and my dogs both loved her. I felt confident having her come to check on them, feed them and let them out. She was always there within the time window I'd requested, and it was nice to receive the pics she'd send each time. She always communicated clearly and in plenty of time regarding dates when she wouldn't be available. The price was reasonable and I never had any issues w/billing. I recently changed jobs so I don't need the regular visits any more, but I absolutely will request our gal's services again in the future when I need a hand!

do una stella perchè non esiste meno, ho avuto un esperienza terribile con un dog sitter iscritto sul sito ROVER, questa estate ha lasciato la mia anziana cagnolina legata fuori da un negozio alle ore 13 sotto il sole cocente e se non fossero intervenuti i commessi per soccorrerla e darle da bere sarebbe morta, per fortuna dal negozio è passato un amico , mio e dei commessi,che l'ha riconosciuta e l'ha portata con sè. ho denunciato il fatto a Rover perchè contattasse e facesse indagini su questo dog sitter, ma mi rispondono in modo vago. deduco che chiunque possa iscriversi su Rover offrendosi come dog sitter, anche un serial killer.
