We have just moved into the area and we’re looking for a place to board our dog Panda. Samantha seemed like a good fit. We scheduled an overnight visit to see how he would do. She said he did great so we booked a longer stay in January. We like the fact that he is in someone’s home and not sitting in a cage all day. The fees are reasonable for the service we are getting.

I loved working with Clarice and she was very good to my little Denny but working with the website was a total nightmare. The help support were very nice, but really didn’t offer much help. For people my age not having a human being you can talk to is very distressing.

I used Rover several years ago. I like the manner in which they choose people for Rover. It eases my mind when I'm away from my dog. I know she is getting the best care while I'm gone. So this time with Tracey I could not be more pleased. She loved Pepper and made sure she had the best of care.

I found a wonderful sitter and caretaker for my two dogs (beagle, chihuahua) through Rover. The process to locate candidates was simple and I made contact quickly. He was dependable, professional and gave me very helpful notes after each visit. My dogs obviously loved him!

I went away for a few days over the Christmas holiday, secure in the knowledge that my cat would be well taken care of while I was gone. We have had the same Rover petsitter, Elliott K, for several years now, and I know he is good to her, and takes care of all her needs, including playing with her. Although I would never willingly choose a different caretaker, it is good to know that if, for some reason, Elliott is unavailable when I need him, there are many other qualified and no-doubt caring, people available through Rover.
