Not a first time user - Rover is GREAT!

Very easy to use

The online process went quite smoothly. The person who cared for our cats was very conscientious and she communicated with us every day that she was caring for them. I would definitely use Rover.com again.

My pet sitter was wonderful. She and her family took great care of cats. She sent lots of pictures and texted often.

Do an internet search on "rover dead rabbit bobo" and read the Daily Mail story. This is the heading: A pet bunny died lying in its own urine and feces after it was mysteriously paralyzed in the care of a five-star Rover pet-sitter.

Rover declined my request to remove a misleading review that a sitter left on my dog’s profile, despite my providing clear documentation showing the review was not accurate or representative of the situation. I was transparent upfront about my dog’s needs, and the sitter did not disclose important details about the environment in which my dog would be cared for. Nevertheless, Rover repeatedly denied my request without taking the full context into account. Rover should evaluate review removal requests on a case-by-case basis, especially when supporting evidence is provided. Their refusal to do so raises concerns about fairness and accountability on the platform. Based on this experience, I will not be using Rover again to book care for my dog.

The platform is very user friendly! it's easy to see notifications, contact your provider and make adjustments where needed. Our walker Marin, is absolutely incredible!!!!

We needed to find a house sitter or a kennel to house our 3 Eurasier dogs on fairly short notice, because our regular Animal Boarding place couldn't house them over Christmas. Rover had five 5 star home based kennels available immediately. The least expensive 5 star was only three blocks away. Dogs loved the kennel master right away, and when I went to pick up the dogs the following week, they bounced from her to me giving kisses and love. They also didn't smell like a kennel. There weight was stable and they'd gotten all their pills. We couldn't have been happier!
