Outstanding experience. App is easy to use and the selection of Rovers in my area was very good. Information provided about the Rovers was detailed and made me feel comfortable in using the service. We had a great experience with the Rovers that cared for our pup and the communication before during and after the stay was wonderful.

Absolutely will be using Rover again. It is very convenient when a last minute trip comes up and you’re not one to board your pets. I loved knowing my kitties were being well taken care of in their own environment and also appreciate the pictures the sitter sent me throughout my trip. Highly recommend!

I had problems with the sitter and Rover customer service exceeded expectations. They ensured I was heard, took immediate action upon the problem and solved it. And after the problem was solved they had up close post-crisis analysis to review what happened and get a summary of the problem to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. Amazing app!
