I had issues with my Dogsitter and the…
I had issues with my Dogsitter and the service she provided. My dogs were left very stressed and there was property damage. I’m still navigating the situation while I was on vacation, when I got back, and still no resolution weeks later.

Hired a pet sitter
Hired a pet sitter. Person showed up to my house after I had left on my trip and proceeded to backout and cancel causing me to scramble to find help for 3 nights to watch my dogs. Ultimatly I had to end my vacation early and come home to take care of my dogs. Contacted Rover.com and no support from them. Do not trust this company!

Good Service; App Needs Work
I like what Rover does and I'm happy with the service. The issue I have is with the app. It's very difficult to see upcoming appointments and to book appointments.

I love Rover!
I love Rover! We travel a lot with our dog. My husband and I get to go to fancy dinners now that we have Rover!

Very convenient and confidential
Very convenient and confidential. It has a good review system that allows good vetting of potential sitters. Communication is very quick and supportive. There are some glitches to the payment options that are tricky to navigate, but all in all pretty easy
