The way to select providers is good and easy to use. It is more difficult to make changes as far as time and date when plans change. It would be nice to be able to have a sitter commit and then fine tune arrangements up to one week before planned stay. I have been pleased with the quality of the sitters.

Renee was great. She took perfect care of Kiowa. She took him to the dog park several times. Sent lots of pictures and even two videos. He had a wonderful time.

They followed all instructions perfectly, including feeding schedules, walks, and any special needs, without missing a beat. What really stood out was the genuine love and patience they showed. My dog can be a little particular at times, but they handled everything with calmness and care. When I picked my dog up, I could immediately tell they had been well looked after—happy, healthy, and clearly comfortable with the sitter, which says everything. The home/environment was clean, safe, and welcoming, and I felt completely confident leaving my dog in their care. It’s not easy to find someone you can truly trust with your pet, but this sitter exceeded every expectation. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable, responsible, and compassionate dog sitter. I will absolutely be using their services again in the future.
