I Love My sitter and Tut does too

All of the people that I have interviewed with Rover have been great! It certainly adds some freedom to my life without worrying about my precious dogs!

I had to go out of town and leave my dog with someone for the first time in 2 years. I was terrified and had no idea where to turn. My friend recommended Rover to me and I was amazed at how easy the process was to find multiple sitters right in my neighborhood. They all responded right away and we found the perfect sitter for him who made him feel right at home while I was gone. I am so grateful for Rover and will continue to use it!

Do nut trust this company. They false advertise prices, training and product quality. If you want your dog to never listen again or have a stranger with no real credentials walk your dog? Go here!

I’ve been a Rover customer for regular dog sitting and, until recently, had no major issues. However, I received an email accusing me of making bookings outside of the Rover app, which is completely untrue. All of my bookings and communication have always been handled through the platform. What was most disappointing wasn’t just the incorrect accusation, but the tone and handling of it. I replied immediately to clarify, received no response for a period of time, and only later was told that I hadn’t done anything wrong and could continue using the service as long as I followed the rules. Rules I have followed from day one. There was no apology for the false accusation, no acknowledgment of the stress it caused, and no sense that my custom was particularly valued. For a platform built on trust between owners and sitters, that feels like a miss. As a result, I’ll be looking at alternative options for regular dog sitting going forward.

My veterinarian recommended Rover when I first left Busi without a friend to watch her. The booking process was simple, privacy for both sitter and customer was respected, and the sitter kept me updated daily with messages and photos. The service was excellent and reasonably priced.

No complaints! Everything worked out great 👍🏼. The website was easy to use. Payment happened seamlessly. I csn now rest assured that I can trust rover. I have referred friends!
