I was able to get a sitter with relatively little looking on a short time frame. I worked with Natalie who was very kind, thorough, and respectful. She kept me updated with pictures and various updates. She also took great care of my senior with medicinal requirements. Would definitely rebook with Rover and Natalie again

The sitter was on time, considerate and communicated very well. It was an excellent value and made my life easier.

Our dog Betty is very anxious about leaving us and we were able to find a great sitter for her. I liked that there was an intake type profile so the sitter could see what kind of personality and needs she had. I liked the meet and greet, too. Betty did SO much better than at a kennel and was a happy dog when she came home. We will definitely use Nicole again.
