Our house/pet sitter met with us twice so that everyone could be comfortable with the house and dog responsibilities. It was an added bonus that our pet sitter works from home and was with our dog all the time. Kyle kept us informed throughout our trip on how our dog was doing and sent pictures. When I returned, it was very obvious that the dog had been well taken care of and the house was in great shape!

The Rover app made it real easy to locate a dog/house sitter for the amount of time needed. Out 4 choices I had one immediate acceptance which I liked. Also liked the pricing up front so I knew exactly what I needed to pay. The meet and greet with sitter beforehand was the icing on the cake. I would definitely hire the same sitter again.

Nicole was great and communicated well. I had a cancellation due to servere snow weather and Rover did not credit me the full amount. I had to call and request my credit which was very disappointing.
