Wonderful experience using Rover!

I’ve only had 2 experiences on Rover. The first experience resulted in my dog getting staphylococcal infection from a sitter, and the last experience resulted in my sitter being greedy, unprofessional, and leaving my house a complete mess. I only need 2 times to figure out if something works, and this company is not a fit for our family. Too unsafe, and I don’t end my sessions happy. Thankfully, Rover has paved the way for other companies to learn from them. I hope Rover gets better in the future, but I’ll never book with Rover again.

The caretaker was kind. My dog felt comfortable at the caretakers home.

Yvonne is the best of the best….you can tell she and hubby really love dogs! This isn’t the first or last time I book with her! She sends pictures every day, walks my Bobo every day, and makes sure his experience is as close to being at home as possible. Bobo loves when she watches him and he loves being there!!!

It was simple to use and loved the number of people and their profiles.

Easy to use and I found a wonderful day care experience for my puppy.

Company easy to do bookings, recommend sitters & boarding places for your pet. If a situation comes up & a booking has to be cancelled, they take care of it right away without giving pet owner any issues with it.

Stacy was great with our pets while we were away! The rover app worked seamlessly!
