I thought that Rover.com could be a wonderful tool to find pet sitters and it really is until… I realized that I was double service charged for extending my dog’s stay in January for a March stay. I was charged for 2separate stays even though I pressed extend. This would not have been an issue if Rover reimbursed me for the mistake. I contacted Rover after realizing this mistake. Rover told me that it was too late to get a refund for the overcharge because the stay had ended. Seriously 1 star for honestly! Pet sitter was terrific and Rover helped me to find her so 5 star on that part of the service

It would really helpful to have a calendar that displayed your scheduled sitters. That little functionality would help users make sure they have the correct pets on the correct day going to the sitters they chose.

We have had Abby C. take care of our scaredy cat several times and now she comes right out to see Abby and spend time with her. It makes it so much less stressful to leave her. Abby is reliable and caring.

This was my first experience with using a pet sitting service. I was very impressed. Making the reservation and the meet and greet were easily scheduled and went very well. I was way more than impressed with my sitter Morgan! An all around great experience. I have already booked my next trip!
