Good options for caregivers, and the caregiver was easy to communicate with through Rover.

The Rover boarders did not let me know they were boarding another dog in the Home. The other dog attacked my small maltipoo and she has multiple wounds. I have multiple vet bills and she needs care and recovery time for up to 4 weeks. The boarders had her in their care for 2 additional days after the attack and communicated no injuries to me besides a "few yelps" and a "sensitive spot". When I arrived, my dog was in a 3/4 pain scale, according to the Veterinarian, constantly yelping, and had multiple visible wounds that I was not communicated about. 2 whole days the Rover boarders had my dog in pain.

My first time using Rover. Had a wonderful experience!! My cat sitter, Joyce met all my expectations: provided twice/day contact, feeding, attention, put him outside for awhile, cleaned litter box and even watered my plants, as we were gone for 2 weeks. I received updated pictures of each contact. Joyce kept my cat's service area spotless!!! I will continue to use Joyce and this service!!!

Its been super beneficial and ideal for my family since joining Roover and comes highly recommended. Pick your sitter based on location, past reviews, caretaker photos and more anylitics to make for a subpurb experience.

I took my puppy over with a complete bag of supplies: bowls, food , treats, chew toys, dog bed. My dog was not even there 10 minutes when the sitter called me crying to come get my dog. I had a flight scheduled for the next morning. What a horrible experience. Still waiting for my complete refund

We found the most excellent care for our 5 month old Golden Retriever! We had friends that fell through the week before our trip so I headed to Rover. I read reviews and found a family within ten minutes of us that were fabulous. Our pup will head to their home for daycare on occasion because they were so fabulous!
