Claudia was perfect for my dog
Claudia was perfect for my dog. He can be fearful but he took to her right away. She was careful, responsible and loving. I will use her next time I am in Ithaca if she is available. Thanks so much Claudia

Rover leaves in the middle of the night
Our Rover, Ashley, left our house in the middle of the night and would not return until 6:30am or even 8am. I have photos from our security cameras documenting all of this. When I asked Ashely she said that it was my responsibility to check my camera and tell her to stay the entire night. This was unacceptable! After several emails with customer support, I was given a full refund. While my experience with the sitter was not very good, my experience with Customer Service was excellent.
