This was the first time I have used Rover and was a little anxious about having a stranger watch my fur babies and be in my home. However, I interviewed several really great people and the one I went with was great! She went above and beyond and my cats both loved her. She made me feel very comfortable and sent pics and updates daily and I appreciate that Rover stands behind their sitters. Will definitely recommend to others and use again.

Bring back Cat in a Flat App!!! I am a pet owner who used Cat in a Flat (recently bought by Rover) for many years. Yesterday, without any communication made, I was unable to access the app. After changing my password I noticed the app has been entirely merged with Rover. Except that it is not fit for purpose. I have lost the bookings I have made with my cat sitter, I cannot see my saved cat sitters, I can’t search by ‘near me’ location. If you want pet owners to continue using your app, you will have to quickly add these features back. No communication has been made by Rover on the app change. Extremely disappointing. I have been loyal to CIAF but I am afraid this won’t be the same with Rover. It is certain a lot of UK pet owners and sitters will leave this service.

I recently had to leave Prince with Elizabete and she was excellent. Prince got sick the day of me leaving. He was throwing up and I almost cancelled my trip. Elizabete works at a veterinary office and saw that Prince was taken care. She went far a beyond and I was put at ease with constant updates from the vet and Elizabete.

Finding a trustworthy sitter to come and visit my young dog has been a positive experience using Rover and given me and my entire family peace of mind. Love the visit cards and the sitters have been wonderful about sharing and receiving information. Highly recommend!

Easy to use and follow

I have had a wonderful experience with Rover. It’s all about finding you the best pet sitter/boarder/day care provider, and I have been very lucky to find a great fit for me and my dog. The Rover website is well laid out, providing statements from the providers, ratings, and more importantly, number of repeat customers. You can give someone a good rating, but the fact that so many people have chosen to bring their dogs back to my sitter speaks volumes. The payment process is streamlined. The website creates a secure method for messaging and uniquely assigned phone numbers so clients and sitters can communicate directly. The client is invited to review the sitter afterwards and the sitter is also invited to comment on both the pet and the client, facilitating future matches. Overall, I’m so happy I tried Rover and so lucky to find a great fit.

This was first time with Rover. I was very happy with Alvin who watched my dogs. I feel that this is a good site to find dog sitters.
