Amanda came to stay with our dog, Sage, two weekends in a row (the first was for 5 days, and the second was for 3 days). Amanda was great with her, and Sage really took to Amanda immediately. As soon as Amanda arrived, Sage sat with her on the couch while we got ready to leave for the weekend. Sage seemed extremely comfortable with Amanda right from the start, which made me feel really confident that all would go well… and it did!! You could tell that Amanda took very good care of Sage, and that they had fun. We will always ask for Amanda whenever we go out of town, as she was the perfect person to take care of our sweet doggie, Sage. She did an excellent job, from beginning to end. Amanda was very responsive whenever I called or texted her… she always got back to me right away, which I really appreciated. She was a delight to work with, extremely professional, and I loved how Sage took to Amanda immediately! She is great with Sage, and clearly understands animals, and owners of animals and how they really need to trust the person taking care of their dog. She sent me photos and updates every single day which totally put my mind at ease. When Amanda arrived, Sage immediately sat on the couch with her and was extremely comfortable with Amanda. She was a total professional from beginning to end, she showed up on time, or even early, every single time. Amanda is superb!! She is extremely professional, lovely, and delightful. Amanda is very responsible, reliable, and she is very sweet with Sage. We now call her “Auntie Amanda”! We plan to do all our bookings with Amanda whenever we go out of town. Sage misses her already! Rover hat Cat in a flat gekauft. Seit der Übernahme haben sich die Preise verdreifacht. Ich habe zwei Katzen die betreut werden sollen. Bei Cat in a flat habe ich pro Hausbesuch bezahlt und nicht pro Tier. Eine einwöchige Betreuung hat mich max. 150 bis 180 Euro für jeweils zwei Hausbesuche pro Tag gekostet. Jetzt soll ich für eine Woche 400 bis bis 470 Euro bezahlen. Das ist nicht verhältnismäßig und Abzocke. Selbst die sogenannte Rover Garantie, die angeblich bis zu 25.000 Euro im Falle einer Tierarztbehandlung haftet, ist nonsens. Meine Tiere sind krankenversichert, ich bekäme die Kosten eh von der Krankenkasse zurück. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, weil die Betreuung von den Katzensitters über Cat in the flat war immer äußerst zuverlässig und gut. Es tut mir leid für die Sitter, die dadurch massiv an Kunden verlieren. Wer kann sich in der heutigen Zeit eine Betreuung in dieser Summe leisten? Wenn ich könnte würde ich minus 5 Sterne geben.

So far I have had a good experience with the individuals that have been cared for Penny. So far, the individuals have been true animals lovers and it shows with the level of care I’ve seen with Penny. I highly recommend and have recommended this service to others.
