Rover made it very easy to evaluate and find a pet sitter for my kitty. The app was very easy to use and find someone to suite my needs.

Karen was amazing. I was so worried about leaving my puppy Lola because I have never left her before, but karen treated her like part of their family. Karen sent me pics and updates daily. Lola wasn’t eating and I asked Karen if she didn’t mind boil chicken and feed her that. Lola was eating again. She is a great dog sitter you can’t go wrong with Karen. She goes out of her way to make sure the dogs stay is great.

I booked a daycare stay for my dog Cooper through Rover with Joel and Kandice, and they are incredibly kind and attentive. They took amazing care of him 🐶 made sure he ate, took him on walks, and kept him happy and comfortable all day. Cooper also had the best time playing with their dogs, which made the experience even better. It’s clear they truly care and create a safe, fun environment. I really appreciated the updates🙏 they sent photos and videos throughout the day, so I always knew what Cooper was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind. Cooper came home happy, and that says everything. I 100% recommend Joel and Kandice!

Would you like me to contact you through messenger pigeon next?! *** update - I spoke to someone from "the leadership team" yesterday, who seemed like they were on a another planet. He had no idea what was going on, tried to offer me £180 compensation, when I asked if that was in addition to what I was actually owed (£228.49,) he got flustered, asked me to repeat how much four times and put me on hold a few times. Said that he would email me within the hour what was going to happen - still no email. More wasted time and I still haven't been paid. Worst run company I've ever had to deal with. It's going to be simpler going through the courts. *** ...Still haven't been paid. The phone number provided to my previous review only allows you to leave a voicemail, then noone gets back to you. I am now initiating a money claim through the small claims court as advised by citizens advice.

The actual company is fine. My sitter was awful and left me scrambling while I was away. Rover was as helpful as could be i suppose. But the ai chat bot was super frustrating.

I had a really positive experience using Rover. It was my first time leaving my dog with a sitter, so I was honestly pretty nervous, but the platform made the whole process much easier. I was able to find a sitter with great reviews, communicate easily, and receive regular updates, photos, and videos while I was away. The app was simple to use, messaging worked well, and overall the experience felt safe and organized. I also appreciated being able to read detailed reviews from other pet owners beforehand.
