We had never used a business like this and were very pleased with the quality of house sitters listed and Rover's security protocols. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

We used to provide services on Rover and recently signed back up, paid their $50 fee and haven't heard back and it's been A MONTH. I've sent several emails, tried the customer service chat feature and still NO RESPONSE. If this is how their service is, I wouldn't think that them dealing with issues with clients any better. They just ignore problems. Maybe think twice before being comforted by their promises. They run a simple background check but don't check anyone's education or experience. So basically if you don't have a record, you can sign up to watch someone's pets.

I arranged for boarding for a few nights with Candice in Woking, she accepted my dates and suggested that we have a meet and greet which i agreed to, 1st time I arrived at the place and time only to receive a message that her dog was ill, so we arranged another date, I turned up and again received a message that her dog was still ill. Ok I get the dog is ill and wished her dog a full recovery, arranged another date. So again I turned up and the place and time, this time I had a message that she can no longer look after my dog, 3 wasted journeys, and then completely cancelled my booking which has left me unable to go on my holiday..... be warned this person is a time waster and will drop you at the last minute!!

Taryn was absolutely wonderful. I was worried about leaving my senior dog with a stranger but she was so professional and she was so good with scooter almost like a dog whisperer. Would definitely recommend!!
