Wonderful experience
Alberto and wife are truly wonderful. They took such great care of our 2 small dogs so we could enjoy a day trip out. We will definitely use them again for our next outings.

Easy website and I appreciated the star reviews for the sitters. I chose a 5 star sitter and she was exactly as represented. I had a very good experience and chose the same sitter for an additional date the same week.

Your application really blows.
Your application really blows. To enter profile data took me three times. To order a basic sitter appointment was impossible Our sitter was great 5 stars

High fees and non smoking preferences
Fees are too high. Rover is not transparent about smokers.

Using Rover.com was so easy
Using Rover.com was so easy. I just searched for a pet sitter in my area and was able to read about each and make my choice. Making contact with Jackie was easy and she took great care of my kitty. Rover.com let me know every day when Jackie started and ended her visit and she sent a picture. So easy to use and pay, including tips.
