I've used Rover twice and both times have been a good experience. I like the daily communication I received with updates and pictures of my puppy. I will definitely use Rover again.

The worst sitter. I signed up for "House Sitting" my dogs were alone most of the time. My neighbor had to step in. My dogs were fed to early so the sitter could leave and found by my neighbor with no water in their bowls.

The sitter was great. The issue is and has been for the past several years - the app. The app is horrible and has the worst user interface and experience. I strongly encourage you to put some work behind the app. It is the ONLY reason I dislike having to go to Rover. The people are great, but the experience of booking or changing a booking and everything is torturous.

Rover has the best of the best Dog sitter with Lily at the top of the list. She took care of Copper for 6 days and nights. When I picked up Copper he was doing fine and was very Happy. I could tell he was well taken care of in all aspects, while I was gone. Thank you Lily!

I had a great experience with Bella’s sitter. She stayed in touch with me while watching my dog. She also sent me pictures of my dog. It was our first experience using a dog sitter.

Paola came out to greet Milo and me within 1 minute.S he was very happy to see us and made Milo feel right at home
