I have used Rover 4 or 5 times. Each time was great other than once when the sitter brought her own dog, which she asked about first. However, that dog was not neutered and would pee in our house. This was not Rover’s fault, it was the sitters doing. They vet their sitters and I have felt very comfortable leaving my pets with their sitters. We always do a meet & greet first.

I set up a cat sitter to drop in daily for 3 days while I was away. Tom was terrific. He genuinely enjoyed caring for my three cats. He sent me daily reports including pictures. This made my trip more enjoyable and relaxed.

Rover is a great resource. I found an awesome dog sitter. I also get regular tips and information via email that are relevant to my pet.

Paid for services I did not get, this store has ZERO business caring for dogs. The woman on the app was not the person there with my dog. I had to pick my dogs up less than 14 hours into my 3 day reservation. I filed a complaint and have still not received any resolution!
