Skyler did a great job boarding Matrix. Matrix is very shy around strangers, and Skyler met her halfway to establish a comfort level that worked for the both of them. She sent pictures and brief updates upon request, which put our minds at ease. I would definitely book Skyler again!

This was the absolute worst experience i've ever had with my dogs. When you go through a company, you expect to receive great care for your animals. Yet it was by far that. She didn't follow instructions, brought people into my home. Let my dogs (frenchies) on the couch when I specifically told her not to bc they can hurt their backs, and she didn't listen/read or care for anything I had given to her. I also advised her to give them half of the treats that she did. This was a nightmare. Instead of me trying to enjoy my vacation, I was worried sick about my babies the entire time.

I hate using Rover's website. While I love the pet sitters we've met on Rover, I hate the Rover website because it does not allow users to search by price. The more pet sitters charge, the higher they rank in search, and the more money Rover makes. This is not in the best interests of customers. This causes prices to be artificially higher than they should be, and causes customers to have to waste time scrolling to page 5 or 6 to find awesome vendors who charge less for an equivalent service.
