Great service , easy to use with good resources

The process to acquire a dog sitter was very straightforward. I especially like how easy it is to communicate with a sitter without giving your own phone number.

I’m in the process of selling my house and needed to make arrangements for my dogs to be taken care of while I was at work. I found Paola on Rover. I explained exactly what I needed and she took care of the rest. She comes and picks up Betty and Charlie from my house and takes them to her house for the day. I pick them up on my way home from work. They’ve never been in doggy day care so they looked a little apprehensive in the pictures that Paola sent to me during their first day. After the first day Betty and Charlie clearly settled in and there’s no question that they love Paola now. One of the things that I really like about using Rover is that if I need to make last minute arrangements, all I have to do is send Paola a message through the Rover app to see if she’s available. When I confirm the day and time I need, she adds in the app for me. I’m very glad that I found Rover and more importantly Paola to take care of Betty and Charlie during this very stressful time. I highly recommend using Rover for your pet care needs.

Lauren was absolutely amazing with Robin! From the moment I left, she kept me updated every single day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She was always communicative, responsive, and quick to answer any questions or messages. One thing I especially appreciated was how many photos and updates she sent of Robin’s daily activities. It was clear that Robin was happy, well cared for, and receiving lots of attention and affection. Lauren genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the level of care, dedication, and professionalism she brings to her work. I was able to fully relax and enjoy my vacation knowing that Robin was in such good hands. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable pet sitter. Amazing! I became disabled suddenly on May 18th, 2026 from the neck down and desperately needed someone to help me with my service dog in training since the nurses at the nursing facility could not do that and I have not received a powered wheelchair yet. I found the best dog walker, named Serenity. She helped me walk and run my service dog in training, she was flexible in the rain and when I needed adjustments to my schedule. The app was amazing to use and not only that but they had amazing customer service upon hearing about my circumstances for utilizing their app. I am so grateful for the service and I will recommend Rover and Serenity to everyone I can!
