I boarded my dogs for the first time with Rover. I thought that the sitter was excellent. She kept me well. Informed five days after I picked my dog up he got kennel cough I notified the sitter and she told me that Rover would pay the vet bill because it happened while my dog was with her. After going back-and-forth with Rover for three weeks, they informed me that they will not cover kennel cough because it’s not considered something that would have been caught while they were with the sitter. This is disgusting, although the sitter may be wonderful This company is not run well.
