I have used Rover in the past to book dog walking and most recently a drop-in visits for my cat. I really adore the person I chose to care for my pets and they seem to really love her too.

It was a seamless process to request and book a caregiver for my cat. The caregiver sent updates through Rover with pictures. It was nice to see Rocky happy while we were traveling.

I have booked sitters through Rover three times now and I have been extremely satisfied. The processes to identify, communicate with, and pay the sitters are very easy. I have been very satisfied with the sitters we've used.

Rover is a comprehensive app for scheduling and providing the detailed needs for your pet. The reasons I did not give 5 stars was; 1. Too many repeated notices. This is a PAIN. 2. Changing the scheduled times is difficult. 3. There is NO telephone support. Everything is on line. These improvements would be great.
