They set up a great user experience for both pet owner and sitter. The sitter is vetted and checked. The money is easily transferred, phone numbers are not revealed unless both parties choose to separately. Overall great secure experience

I liked Rover because of the choices I was able to make in who I wanted to watch my dog. That person was able to communicate with me immediately. We set up an initial visit and even a second visit prior to the actual date of stay. The only thing I did not care for was paying up front for the time I needed. I would have preferred to pay afterward. The person who did come did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier! I will use Rover again!

I found it a bit cumbersome to navigate after you sent a request to someone. After selecting more than one provider at a time as suggested, trying to cancel requests and the acceptance process was a bit confusing.
