Great pet sitter. Extremely professional. I did not worry about the care my senior cats were receiving from Megan. I was kept informed and revived daily pictures of both cats. She took excellent care of cats and my home was in the same shape as I left it in. Absolutely no complaints and I highly recommend my sitter. Extremely easy and relaxing experience.

The website was easy to view and accessible to use and find the perfect dog sitter. Rover does try to keep your privacy and the dog sitter’s privacy by using a separate phone number to communicate with each other. I like that we can set up meetings with a dog sitter before we hire one.

Alexis was extremely professional and wonderful with our dogs. She took excellent care of our dogs and our home. Very competent and our dogs lived her immediately. Highly recommend her.

This was an excellent experience. I drove from Flagler Beach to Las Vegas (family stops along the way) over a period of 3 weeks and needed a place for my Morkie. Cindy was extremely gracious and my Rocky seemed very much at home when I showed up 3 days later to resume our trip back home. I looked up locally on the app and found that there are active people in my area. I am a Realtor and I will certainly recommend this company to customers who are traveling with a pet. We booked day care for our dog with Bethany in Carmel through Rover.com. We received an e-mail comforming our booking. It was a special day for my Wife's birthday as we were going on the Snowdonia Mountain Railway. Arrived at Bethanie's house, no one at home. We waited on hour. We could not phone dog sitter or Rover.com , had to use web site. Which was no help. Rover.com informed us she had cancelled our booking, but we were not told. We have received our money back. But lost £90 on train tickets as dogs not allowed on train. We will not use Rover.com again because their sitters can not be trusted and the service not up to the job
