This was my first Rover experience and the pet sitter for my Boston Terrier Bella was Daniel. He was the answer to my prayers! I had every fear possible about leaving Bella because she suffers from seizures and really is not around other animals. Daniel sent videos of Bella playing and she quickly attached to both he and Axel, his dog. I am so glad that Daniel was available to care for Bella and that she was happy. I would definitely recommend Daniel to others and use him again in the future!

I’ve used Rover several times in various cities and have been pleased with the connection to sitters. I like that Rover vets everyone, the platform is user friendly and regular communication and pictures from the sitters is encouraged. For longer trips, I recommend meet and greets to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone and so special needs can be discussed.

The quality of your personnel.

1st time using Rover. Needed someone to take care of our dog for the day while we were on a week long vacation. Signing up was simple. Had several people to choose from in the area we were in. Contact with sitter was great and she kept us well informed before, during and after. All around great experience with the app, service and person we chose. Highly recommend as a great option for someone needing this type of service.

Very easy to make arrangements and view multiple rover employees to ensure your animals are going to be in good hands. I will definitely use rover for all my future endeavors.

the couple that took care of our Senior dog. they were just the best period. they sent daily photos and videos of what they did from day to day. I would not look for anyone else as long as they are available... I trust then completely....... it was like a week at the Spa ....
