The app is not perfect but the company and service is great! (I had some trouble being able to type messages on my iPhone SE 2nd Generation.) I appreciate the highly structured format of the service, the transparency of the policies, and the reliability of the providers’ ratings.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my Cavapoo received! She treated him as if he were part of her own family, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine love for animals were evident from the very beginning. Communication was outstanding. She provided regular updates along with photos, so I always knew how he was doing and could see how happy and comfortable he was. That level of care and attention meant the world to me. I trust her completely and wouldn’t hesitate to leave my dog with her again. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pet like family, I highly recommend her!

It was easy to find a new cat sitter after our former one moved on! All the perks (pet photos, comments, etc.) were good. However, it was not easy to see that our former sitter had been paused. Please make a larger, more obvious note on the site, by the photo, or by the contact section. I contacted her to check on her availability (she could still see the text) and was embarrassed that I had bothered her.

We never used a pet sitting service before and our experience using Rover was very positive. Account set up was easy, and we were able to choose from a number highly rated sitters near us. We could read their profiles and see photos. Sitters quickly responded back letting us know whether or not they were able to accept the sitting job and there was excellent communication throughout and photos of the pet visits. Our sitter came to our house for a "meet and greet" a couple of weeks before our pet sitting dates. We had a wonderful experience with our Rover pet sitter and felt confident our pets were getting high quality care.

Yaritza is fantastic

I was able to make arrangements with Terry a few months in advance. We met him and he showed us what our pup would experience. Drop off was a breeze. Jewel seems well taken care of, we received pictures of her smiling and the price was competitive. Pick up was easy as well. He had everything cleaned and ready to go home. Will try to use him again.
