The full price of service was not visible until after the pet sitter had come for a visit. I wasn’t aware that there was an additional price for the second dog. I am glad to be able to find someone to feed my dogs when I really need it but wish pricing was more transparent. $115 to feed dogs twice seems like a lot!

The Rover sitter I used made my dog feel so loved and at home in his house. I appreciated the photos and videos and the loving care he gave my dog.

I was a little hesitant to book since I hadn't met the individual pet sitting for me, but she had great reviews and I was desperate. The app was easy to use, Amie was great with fair prices. She let me come into her home and check out the yard. My dog came back a happy pup. She took very good care of him. I will use her again.

Craig was amazing. He watched our two pups with the care and love we give them.He kept us informed throughout our vacation and left our home exactly as we left it. He was totally trustworthy and caring. I will ask him back every time we travel.

Used Rover for 6 months. I thought it was a convenient, safe way to get a dog walker. Big mistake. The app ended up charging me double one month. I was paying over $400 a month already, so the charge was high. I spent every bit of effort trying to get help, but could not get any. Its just another faceless corporation that is there to take your money. There is no customer service, there is no guarantees. Rover takes zero responsibility for the walker. It makes zero sense to pay extra for rovers "service". I ended up finding someone off the app and paying them directly and made sure to delete my card info from my account. Found an excellent walker and paid her directly, which costed me much less and she made more without all the cuts and fees from Rover. This was about a year ago. My family and friends quit their use of Rover as well after my issue and issues of their own. The overcharge was never explained and never refunded. Put up a sign at your local coffee shop, or online and find a walker that way. No need for this middle man scam!
