Great mobile application customer experience. Easy process from sign up to finding professional pet sitter services. Would recommend Rover company services and application to anyone.

What made it a great experience because…
What made it a great experience because it was short notice reservation and I have 2 dogs(Labradoodle and a chihuahua). I appreciate Olivia and her partner accepting. When I dropped off the dogs she invited me in. The communication was awesome! Constantly sending me texts and pictures throughout the day and late evenings. By the pictures that were received I can tell the dogs were adjusting well. Also, their price was affordable for me. I appreciate that. Upon picking up the dogs they were very calm that night and the next day. Great transitions. The attentiveness they showed my fur babies lessen my Anxiety! I appreciate them so much! It feels good to be able to leave your pets in the care of loving, responsible and caring sitters! Thank you!

I have booked a dog sitter
I have booked a dog sitter, paid and I haven't received any confirmation from Rover. When I have contacted them and asked about confirmation, the customer service assistant, Jolly, didn't gave me any clear answers..I have asked to cancel the booking... again I have received no confirmation about the booking being cancelled. The money are out of my account and I'm still waiting to be refunded. Poor customer service, DO Not BOOK WITH ROVER!!! All they do is apologise over and over but not sorting the issue!!!

Grant is everything we were hoping to find
Grant is everything we were hoping to find in a dog sitter, and then some. Our Australian Cattle Dog is not the easiest breed or dog and Grant really understood her. He worked with her as she became familiar with him and she came home with better social skills. We highly recommend him and are grateful to have him as a resource helping take care of our dog.

First time away from my pups
First time away from my pups. I should have been nervous but not once did I feel any worry about the safety and care of my girls. Misty was awesome and she took great care of them in my absence. Definitely impressed with Rover.
