Highly recommend this service. I love my pet sitter. She’s amazing!!!

I used rover.com because the information I needed was upfront and not hidden. You can see where in the city prospective sitters are located as well as their rates, ratings, and biographies. I prefer to find a sitter close by as I feel this benefits both parties. So having this information upfront simplify the selection process. And, we found a wonderful pet sitter.

Their two factor authentication was not working. So I could not contact a sitter. There is no contact phone number. Useless.

extremely poor customer service!! Don not recommended them. They provide no assistance. They cancelled all previous booking when they took over from Cat in the flat without any notification. Will NOT be using again. Unable to give zero star

Great first experience! We could not have been more pleased with the servi es we recieved from Elizabeth and Phillip. They sent several updates with pictures and really see.ed to love the dogs! Molly warmed right up to Phillip .7/26/26 Jennifer

Bonjour je suis pet sitter chez vous , et le point négatif chez vous c'est que vous regarder au erreur des autres mais pas le travail de ceux qui le font correctement c'est une honte.

Mi experiencia con Rover, ha sido malísima. Dejé a mi perro 5 días con unos cuidadores. Fui a recogerle el domingo a última hora, momento en el que me informan que por la mañana fue picado por una avispa. El animal presentada un shok anafilactico y tuve que pasarme la noche del mundial con él, en urgencias. Rover dice tener una garantía para el caso de accidentes. Bueno tal garantia no existe. No han dado respuesta a mí reclamación, ni siquiera para decirme que no, simplemente lo han ignorado. Por lo tanto, reservar a través de ellos supone un pago de una comisión que no garantiza absolutamente nada. Puedes buscar cuidadores igual a través de aplicaciones gratuitas o conservar los teléfonos de cuidadores anteriores porque la seguridad va a ser la misma
