Emma took good care of my two Aussies and the messaging system with pics of each of the drop-ins were great and provided us with great piece of mind.

Lindsey does a great job. Rover drop in rates are a little pricey though.

Alyson took very good care of my dog while pet sitting I enjoyed the daily photos and texts. My dog was happy and healthy on my return. Alyson clearly loves what she does. My house was clean and she brought in the mail.

I had a deeply concerning experience with Rover regarding an unauthorized person entering my home during a pet sitting booking on July 20, 2026. The sitter bringing a small child into my home exposed me serious liability. I filed a report with them and initially they appeared to take my concern seriously. After being told I would receive updates and resolution steps, I was instead met with an email stating they expected no further communication. Completely dismissing the serious liability I was exposed to, coupled with zero goodwill gestures or compensation like waiving service fees, is a complete slap in the face. It is clear they have no interest in maintaining customer trust or retention.

Maile/family were very accommodating & sent pics daily which was comforting for us. Our dogs were happy when we pu them, and they looked like they wouldn’t have minded staying longer. We would definitely have them dogsit for us again & would recommend them to others also👍🏽👌🏽🤗🐶💞
