Lots of choices of sitters to pick from. Detailed descriptions of each sitter made it easier to select sitter. Communication between myself and the sitter was excellent. Easy to use Rover app. Loved each visit I received photos of the cats as well as a detailed visit on how my cats were.

Rover makes the process of finding reliable pet sitters easy. It's easy to see ratings, book, and communicate through the app.

AVOID THIS APP. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. False accusations of payments outside the app and unjustly suspending the account. To begin with, I haven't booked anything in the app yet. They have access to the chats and my account, it is very clear that there is no confirmed booking. A waste of paying the verification fee and time spent in the app, booking NOTHING then now wasting time appealing on their false claims.

It was not possible to contact with the pet sitter through the app when I needed ( it was a problem at the time of picking up my pet). The issued telephone number for urgent situations was wrong.

I tried using this service two times. This company’s does not vet sitters and I had two bad experiences which ended up to be a huge waste of time weeks before vacation while trying to prepare for a sitter before vacation. The first sitter came over stoned and this past time, Yvette cancelled two times for scheduled walks to warm up to my dogs. Yvette also began to text me from a ghost phone so it did not go through to Rover. She complained about my smaller dog scratched her at first into.; her complaint came in three days after waiting for her to walk. River suspends my account. We have not gotten past hello. I do not recommend this service of untrained, unprofessionals.

Parce que je ne peux pas mettre moins d’une étoile. Ils ont une modération des messages qui dépasse l’entendement. Une personne m’a explicitement demandé qu'on verrait en direct pour le paiement, je lui ai dit non qu'on passerait par rover. Cette personne n’a pas fait de réservation immédiatement car elle a besoin de mes services seulement après son accouchement. Résultat, mon compte a été supprimé. Ils savent lire les conversations mais en diagonale apparemment. Ils encouragent à signaler des que quelqu'un vous fait une demande de la sorte. Sauf que je refuse de signaler des potentiels "clients" qui vont me confier leur animal. Débile. J’écris sous le coup de la colère mais c'est légitime.
