Sitter called Su*** and P*** in the Braintree/Coggeshall area, took on the job of doing drop in visits for our cat - then said she was "out of the area" so wanted additional fees after the booking was confirmed, then said she couldnt make certain times. two days before we were due to go on holiday she said she was abroad and wouldnt be able to meet beforehand and to "leave a key" somewhere....i dont think so, i insisted on a copy of some ID and i want to see if the sitter was compatible with my cat i had to prompt every conversation and wouldnt have found out that the sitter had essentially done a bunk unless i had made the first move Now i am blocked by them - avoid, avoid avoid, scam merchants,

We went on a two week cruise and Nicole was Fabulous with our tuxedo fur baby Phil!!! She kept us updated with daily photos and notes, so we able to not stress about him. He received the Best care!!!…My hubby and I will keep her in mind for our next trip! Janice and Tim Mohr

Reliable, easy, trustworthy

Communication is difficult and some of the providers are poorly vetted. I had a very serious problem with one of the providers and she completely ruined my dog.

I found a great dog walker for the week I needed someone. The app however is difficult and confusing. I responded to the wrong person twice, had way too many emails for one simple transaction and cannot fathom the logic of not being allowed to talk to people I’m considering directly. The process needs serious work! Also I question the fact that I was never asked to provide vaccination records! What?

David R. was wonderful with my Sweet Lulu on her first walk! She's 14, has Osteoarthritis in both hind legs, and requires someone patient...since she's not exactly a "Jack Rabbit"! She was able to walk just a few minutes, and upon returning home, she could not traverse the steps into our home from the garage...at which point David picked her up, and brought her inside. David is beyond being a "dog person"...he's kind, considerate, and it's evident that he truly loves his role at Rover. He's scheduled to walk Lulu again tomorrow...we're hoping to have her able to talke longer walks, more frequently, and David is the perfect person to guide her going forward. I feel very fortunate to have David to help Lulu get her "mojo"going again!
