Rove LabReviews of rovelab.com

Rove Lab furniture is all about sleek design in tasteful colours and practicality combined. I wanted to purchase a sofa, armless chairs and ottoman with generous comfortable seatings and a touch of design. I wanted them light weight also to be able to move them around so as to mix/match them as I please, without sweat. I wanted them to be easy, practical and effortless to install. I got all of that with Rove Lab!

Canadian company, innovative product, innovative shipping... What else can I say?

Lena was super helpful and was able to resolve my issue promptly. I’m very pleased with the service.

Really happy with the C8 Round Pouf Ottoman in Silicon Sand. It looks great in the space, feels well-made, and is super comfortable to use. Highly recommend!

Ordered mine on July 11th. I decided to choose this company because it was a maximum of 9 business day delivery, and the color I chose was available. No indication of delay whatsoever. I really wanted to have my couch as quicly as possible to accomodate visitors. Unfortunately, it seems my order is still not processed after 2 weeks, and the status remains "waiting for details"on the shop app. Exchanged emails where i was told that my order would be processed on Friday the 24th... nothing still... very disappointing... I understand that there may be some delay but be transparent and honest about it. It's infuriating to not know what is going on.

Had issue with delivery the lounge is too low and it does make it hard to stand up also no support for the back I will probably return it. No happy 100%

Product Satisfaction

We bought a M1 sectional after researching and reading all the glowing reviews. Don’t waste your money on this sofa. It was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. After just one year, it already needs to be replaced. The lack of internal support causes the cushions to lose their shape, making it look like a kids’ playroom sofa instead of a quality piece of furniture. It’s also so lightweight that it constantly slides around and never stays in place. The fabric is terrible and nearly impossible to clean. I would not recommend this sofa to anyone. UPDATE: After sharing my experience, Rove Lab reached out to me and was extremely helpful and responsive. They took my concerns seriously and offered to replace our sofa with a new set. I really appreciate their customer service and willingness to make things right. I still stand by my original review regarding the quality issues we experienced with the first sofa, but I wanted to update this review to acknowledge how professionally and fairly Rove Lab handled the situation. I’m looking forward to receiving the new sofa and hope our experience with the replacement will be much better. UPDATE 2: After two months with the “replaced” couch, I would say AVOID IT. Customer service is exceptional, but unfortunately, the couch itself has been a nightmare. The quality is disappointing, and it looks much cheaper than we expected for the price. We’ve had so many issues with it, and overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating. Maybe we were just unlucky and received a bad product, but based on our experience, we would never purchase from Rove Lab again. Great customer service cannot make up for a product that simply doesn’t meet expectations.
