I had a great experience with Rove Lab. I received an item with an issue and their customer service team was quick to respond and very helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything so easy and resolved the problem without any hassle. I received my replacement item today and I am very happy with it. It’s not often you come across a company that truly cares about its customers and provides such excellent support. You deserve more than 5 stars. I would give 100 if I could. Great product, definitely worth a purchase, here’s a review from a rEaL PErsoN, not some bot. Super easy setup, really impressive fabric, stands up to spills, wet dog, even a cut on my leg that left blood was easily wiped up. The couch cushions out of the box are a little bit light on stuffing for my taste, I ended up taking the removable inserts from the seat cushions, packing them into the back cushions and pillows, then filling the seat cushions with memory foam chips from Amazon - now the thing is suuuper plush to sit on. It’s no Cozey or Komfi, but there is serious value here that won’t leave you needing more. Gets the job done for a great price. Great experience working with customer support. Took a bit more than 24 hours to connect with a CSR but ultimately they were empathetic and made sure to handle my request to full satisfaction. If the couch fits your budget in an attractive way, just get it, certainly a solid and proper product. If you need something with “bones”, integrated cushions, more support, etc, be prepared to spend more than 2x the money.

I ordered my M1 sectional from amazon. When I received it the Armless piece unfortunately didn't expand properly. I reached out directly to arove Lab's customer service and within a week my claim was handled and a replacement was shipped without any issues. What a great purchase and awesome customer service!! Thank you Rove Lab!

I was excited about the deal offered for the R4 loveseat sofa on sale. I saw the color I wanted was in stock and ordered it. Two things I wasn't very pleased with - I was offered $100 off to complete my order. The coupon code I was given wasn’t valid to work with my order. I ordered anyway as the sale was good and it was within my budget. Second - I didn’t receive any updates for about a week after my order so I reached out. I heard back a day later that my order was cancelled as they ran out stock. I was offered a refund - which I appreciated and they did it promptly (I’ll give them 3 stars for that) . My feedback is - don’t offer an incentive that isn’t valid and don’t put an order through, not give an update and then tell you the order is cancelled as you’re out of stock.

I got the M1 outdoor loveseat and we are absolutely obsessed. I was a little nervous when an entire outdoor couch showed up in boxes, but I was so happy with how it all turned out. The couch fluffed up in minutes and looks amazing. I love the stripes and have already had to keep my mom from coming over and stealing it! So excited for this to be our new family spot!

I absolutely loved this striped green and white outdoor couches! I first bought the couch and two side chairs with the chaise and I loved it so much I bought more! I found that the middle sections when I put two together they fit perfectly in our little pool cabanas all four! Really comfy and fun and didn’t break the bank and easy to assemble!! Fast delivery too’

I bought an M1 sofa from Rove Labs about 18 months ago. It's very comfortable and reconfigurable. Worth 5 stars, but what really differentiates Rove from other manufacturers is customer service. Soon after receiving the couch I experienced wrinkling of the upholstery. After providing photos, I immediately received a replacement. Now a year and a half later, I saw some stitching unravel (only about 1-1/2") on the right hand section of couch and enquired whether there might be some consideration for it. Again, after providing photographic evidence, Rove immediately shipped out a replacement section. We love our ROVE Labs couch, but it's the commitment to customer satisfaction that really sets them apart.
