When you reached out about the uneven arm piece, our team reviewed your photos and videos and worked with you on a resolution you were happy to accept. As for the arm separation, our warranty covers manufacturing defects, and after reviewing the images, this was assessed as accidental damage, so it fell outside that coverage. A lower seat can take a little getting used to, especially if you’re coming from a taller sofa, and many people find it starts to feel natural after a few weeks of everyday use. Hi Dena, you're right that this took too long to resolve, getting the replacement took more back and forth than it should have.  We apologize for that, especially with guests on the calendar.  Your replacement lounger has now been delivered. Outdoor fabrics can look quite different on screen for a range of reasons from screen resolution to brightness, this is why we offer the free swatches to anybody choosing an upholstery color.  We're glad that you now have your two loungers as ordered, if you decide the color is not right for you, you do still have the 100-day return period to change your mind.

Tomek, glad to hear delivery and service went smoothly. The S8 has a firmer, supportive feel out of the box, and it will soften slightly with use over time.
