Great low couch better then expected!
I do like the couch I think it is way better than what I expected receiving 4 boxes. One thing I would love if the corner ottoman would also zip to the bottom of the couch so if would not separate like a free standing ottoman.

Outdoor sectionals
We bought 2 outdoor sectionals. Love the set; it completes our outdoor space perfectly. Had a small glitch with one of the pieces, and it was resolved quickly. Great customer service.

Excellent product
The product is excellent....delivery on time....set-up relatively easy (I'm 86 so had grandchildren set up for me and they aced it). Couldn't be more pleased...

Great product and great customer service!
First of all the couch was very easy to put together and it's very elegant looking and solid feeling as well. But what I found really impressive was the fact that in less than two weeks after I purchased it, it went on sale for $100 less and I contacted customer support expressing I felt that was unfair. And they were kind enough to issue $100 refund. Good company and a good product.
