Melissa was very helpful in helping solve my issue. She was knowledgeable and caring. I felt bad when I kinda took it out on her for your very POOR customer service phone number where I could NOT get a representative with the help I needed. You should think about re-working your customer service phone number so someone could press 0 to get a person for help.

Nationstar/MrCooper mortgage sold to Roundpoint. I've had numerous issues with them that have been frustrating, inconvenient, and difficult. These include fraud, threats, and false allegations of breach of contract. I had typed up a proper review touching briefly on each of the issues but this site does not seem to want to accept my 10,636 character review... so no useful info for the masses other than this is a super sketchy pseudo-bank that exists primarily to commit fraud and similar illegal acts preying upon people who don't know how to push back or can't afford to. They won't respond to emails in a timely manner. Look up their employees, email format is (censored but easy to find). Owned by Two Harbors Investment / Matrix Financial Services which seem similarly sketchy.

Employee was fine and helpful. Your company phone was horrible. It crackled and shrieked, volume was low. I couldn't hear her she couldn't hear me. Unacceptable for a professional company this day and age. I wanted to make a payment over the phone like I had done before. Your company had not saved the account and routing number from the previous payment. I did not have that information readily available that minute assuming your company already had it.

Alex was very helpful in getting to the root of the billing issue. He listened, used his experience figure out what was at issue that on my previous conversations with customer service was not addressed. He help me understand what was going on and took action to help get it resolved.

I have spoken to several people over the past few weeks about my biweekly mortgage payments. I have filled out all the necessary paperwork. I have gotten several different answers from everyone there. Today I spoke with Angela, who was very kind and professional. I am a transfer from Mr. Cooper and have had the most difficult time making this work.
