I was hesitant to order a bra on line but I finally did and I can’t tell you how happy I am with this purchase. The fit, quality and comfort with these bras are something I’ve been searching for over a lifetime lol.

It took two weeks to get to me. And the bra did not fit. Bra cup material is very thin. Definitely not a bra to wear with a t-shirt. The website says free and easy returns. Restocking fee of $10.00 to return on a $63.00 cost for one bra. And I have to ship back at my cost. Update** They did get back to me and refund the restocking fee. So the only fee for returning the bra was the cost of shipping. I got a full refund of $63. So the customer service for the return was good.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand why this was frustrating — that’s never how we want a customer to feel. Regarding your return, we would be happy to waive the restocking fee for you if you contact our support team at [email protected] . While return shipping is sometimes required for refunds, our team can guide you through the process to make it as simple and fair as possible. We appreciate your feedback about the cup material and fit. Please reach out to support, we’d love the opportunity to make this right for you. Rose Garnet Management

I ordered four Keyla High Impact Double-layer Outer Underwire Sports bras I received four Skyrokan sports bras. Rose garnet is selling these bras stating they designed them to is is not true at all. There price over 60 bucks when you can get them online for 29.99 before discounts. What a scam!! I wish I can download pics to add with this so you can see it with your own eyes.

We’re truly sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused if you ordered Keyla and received Skyrokan bras instead. To clarify: we do have the Rose Garnet Keyla bras manufactured as part of our core collection, and we also carry other sports bra styles/brands as well. However, if the wrong items were packed and sent, we absolutely want to make that right immediately. Our customer care team has already offered you a full refund and a prepaid return label, and we stand behind that. Please reply to the most recent email from customer care (or contact [email protected] ) and we will send the label right away so you can return everything at no cost to you. Sincerely, Rose Garnet Management

The bra was good quality but unfortunately too small for me. I had some difficulty with the return process, perhaps because I don't live in the US, but happily this was eventually resolved by the company.

Hi Heather, We’re truly sorry to hear this, and we completely understand why you’d feel frustrated. Please know you do not need to pay expensive return shipping from the UK to the U.S. in order for us to help. We’d be happy to offer you either of the following: A full refund, or A replacement in a new size at no charge And you’re welcome to keep your original bra—you can donate it locally or pass it along to someone who could use it, so you’re not spending more money just to send it back. If you haven't already, please email us at [email protected] with your order number (and the size you’d like if you prefer an exchange), and our customer care team will take care of this for you.

Three of the four bras were okay, but just okay. Not worth the money. One of the bras seemed to have been previously purchased by someone who was too large for the bra. The arm straps were twisted and the bottom rim rolled up. It also had an odor. I suspect that over not that much time, the same twisting will happen to the three I deemed "okay" (and ONLY okay). Plus, the company will charge almost $5 to refund me. Not a happy camper. I don't want a replacement for such a mediocre product.

Hi Cynthia, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, especially regarding the condition of one of the bras you received. That is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we would never intentionally send a worn or used item. If something arrived with an odor or appeared previously handled, we would want to investigate that immediately. Regarding the refund fee, we recently introduced a small processing/restocking fee due to a high volume of return abuse, but we never want that to negatively impact customers who received an item that wasn’t right. If you’re willing, please reach out to us at [email protected] — we’d truly like the opportunity to review this and make it right for you. Thank you for your honest feedback. It helps us continue improving both our products and processes. — The Rose Garnet Team

No actual free returns as the website claims. The bra did not fit in spite of using their sizing chart, it took a couple weeks to be delivered and when I realized it did not fit, they took several days to get back to me to “approve my return.“ They just gave me the address to send it but no label and I guess I am supposed to pay the shipping? Why advertise this is a free return? Won’t be ordering from them again.

Hi, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience! That’s not the impression we ever want to leave. We do offer easy returns and free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item, and we’re sorry if that wasn’t communicated clearly during your return process. In some cases, customers may cover return shipping if requesting a refund, but exchanges are always free, and our team is always happy to help walk through options so there are no surprises. Depending on the reason of the return, we often make exceptions to our policy and will send a pre-paid label for returns as well. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at [email protected] — we’d truly love the chance to review your situation and make this right for you. Thank you for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve. — The Rose Garnet Team

Was sceptical about ordering a bra without trying it on and when I received it I was right it didn’t fit. But the exchange was so smooth and this company was so helpful and I received my newly sized bra yesterday and wore it all day today and it was so comfortable that I didn’t even feel it. Love it. Would order again with no worries. 😌

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It truly means a lot to us! 💕 We completely understand how nerve-wracking it can feel ordering a bra without trying it on first, so we’re really happy to hear the exchange process was smooth and that your new size felt so comfortable you forgot you were even wearing it... that’s exactly what we hope for. Thank you for trusting Rose Garnet, and we’re always here if you ever need sizing help or support in the future. — The Rose Garnet Team
