Our experience was excellent with Roost and Root from the very beginning! Great communication. We bought the large walk in coop, it was easy to assemble with 2 people, everything was cut nicely and fit perfectly together! We had a little issue with one of the panels but they quickly shipped a new one at no cost…excellent customer service!

Wonderful product, excellent materials, easy set-up. Innovative design. It came packaged very well and in perfect condition. Our birds did not like the waterer. and the feeder is open to scavenging critters. Minor gripes to an otherwise great product

Thank you for the review, Georgina! We appreciate the kinds words. Grateful for the feedback on the waterer and feeder as well. Would you be willing to have a chat on the phone so we can get a better understanding of the issues? We may be able to offer some advice on critter proofing the perimeter of the coop to prevent digging, or some tricks on how to get your birds accustomed to a new style of waterer. We have all the products we sell in use out in our display area. We aren't just experts at building them, we are experts as using them too! Let us see if we can help. Give us a call anytime at 877-741-2667 or reach out via e-mail at [email protected].

Thank you for leaving the review, Mr. Bryant. I will be sure to share this with everyone in the company. There was a great deal of prototyping, sweat, nerves, and hard work that went into developing this product. It is satisfying to feel like to we lived up to your expectations. We know all of the early adopters of our Heritage Model coop took a leap of faith by trusting us to deliver on a new product. We are grateful for the compliments but would love any constructive criticism as well. Did the packaging allow for everything to arrive safely? Any details in the instructions that could be clarified? Are your birds transitioning into their new home easily? If you would be open to a quick phone call or a few emails it would be helpful for us as a company. If it's possible to see a picture, we would love the opportunity. We have approximately 25 of this model in the market place but only have been lucky enough to see three! If you have a moment by your coop and feel moved to share it with us, you can send us an email at [email protected]. Thank you again!
