Thank you for the feedback, Vickie. Do you remember which panels you had trouble identifying? Would you potentially be available for quick phone conversation to get a bit more details? We'd like to do everything we can on our end to clear up any confusion. Thank you for your business. I hope your birds are enjoying their coop!

We feel terrible about your experience, Mr. Griesinger. When I heard from you a few weeks ago about resending a feeder support bracket you said everything was great. Where did it go wrong? I wish we had heard from you about the quality issues before now. We are committed to replacing any parts that may have been damaged during shipping or do not match our standard of quality. Is there anything we can replace for you? We put a lot of time and effort into sourcing our western red cedar from the best mills in the US and negotiating lowest price possible. We recognize that we have a premium priced product, but I promise is a direct result of the materials we put into and the people we hire in our shop to build your coop. We're always surprised to see this sort of feedback isolated to a single customer in a batch since everything is built at the same time, from the same lumber package. I will be sure to reach out via email to see what we can do to help. We want you to be as happy as the majority of our customers. Please know that our offer is always to replace panels that are unsatisfactory. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

Thank you for the review, Shannon. We will certainly take the suggestion to heart. I have sent your review to our instructions department and we will look into moving the predator proofing page up towards the front of our booklet. In regards to our storm panels not fitting in the storage area, you busted us. When we redesigned the coop you ordered last fall we ended up creating fewer but larger panels. This ended up creating larger storm panels. You are the first customer to point out that we can no longer list that as a feature for the storage area in this coop. Sorry for the confusion, but thank you for making us aware. We will have this fixed on our end immediately. Please look for an email from us shortly. We'd like to offer you a thank you for finding a mistake and helping us with future customers.
