We respectfully disagree with the characterization of this experience. Zack spent a significant amount of time assisting with tours, questions, and follow-up regarding potential housing options, including conducting multiple virtual walkthroughs. During the second tour, there were connection issues, and by the time communication was restored and follow-up attempts were made, a public review had already been posted. We also strongly reject the implication that Roomrs utilizes “high pressure sales tactics.” Prospective members are never required to apply same-day, and many residents take time after touring to consider their options before moving forward. That said, we are sorry the experience ultimately felt frustrating from your perspective, and we appreciate the time spent considering Roomrs as a housing option. Take care, The Roomrs Team

At the same time, we do want to respectfully object to several characterizations made in this review, including the implication that Roomrs lacks integrity or intentionally misleads residents. Our team regularly coordinated maintenance, cleaning, vendor scheduling, package support, and communication efforts throughout your stay, including with respect to AC-related issues and shared-space concerns. We also strongly disagree with the suggestion that Roomrs fabricates or manipulates reviews. Feedback left by residents reflects individual experiences, and while not every experience is perfect, many members have had positive stays with us across our apartments throughout New York City.
