Really appreciate you sharing this! A spacious room in a spacious apartment with a little garden and a great location is a really nice combination to land in, especially in NYC where space is at a premium. Responsive email support that actually answers your questions is the standard we hold the team to, and we're glad that came through during your stay. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Really appreciate you sharing such a detailed review! A clean, well-equipped, and comfortable apartment that matched exactly what was shown during the web chat is the standard we hold ourselves to on every listing, and it's great to hear the Upper East Side location worked so well with the Q line nearby. Efficient support through the email portal and courteous technicians is really the full operations side working as intended. We also appreciate the honest feedback on the move-in day access issue - that's a piece we continue to focus on since those first-day moments really do set the tone, and we're glad everything ran smoothly from that point forward. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Really appreciate you sharing this, and thank you for being with us for three years! An all-inclusive, fully furnished setup that keeps monthly expenses predictable is exactly what we designed the model around, and it's great to hear the location and rooms have kept working for your routine over that whole stretch. Three years is a real vote of confidence and means a lot to us. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Really appreciate you sharing such a detailed review and the strong recommendation! Landing a fully furnished, thoughtfully decorated room in Harlem at that price point right between Columbia and City College is a genuinely great NYC housing story, and we're glad the location worked as well as it did. Starting on a three-month lease to test the fit and then extending to twelve is exactly how the flexibility is designed to work, and it's great to hear even the early lease break process felt straightforward - that's a piece we've put real effort into. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Really appreciate you sharing this! Delayed flights are the exact kind of curveball that can turn a move-in into a nightmare if the team isn't responsive, so it's great to hear we were able to sort it out quickly on our end. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and the team will appreciate the shoutout. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

We also appreciate the honest note on phone support - that's a piece of our model we continue to evaluate as we look for ways to improve accessibility. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Really appreciate you sharing this! Moving to NYC as a new NYU student is a huge transition, so it's great to hear the clean apartment, easy move-in, and welcoming administration all came together to make that first step feel manageable. Wishing you the best with your studies. Thanks, The Roomrs Team
