Bought living room and bedroom furniture from them five years ago and couldn't be happier. Everything I received is in excellent condition, their customer service is second to none, and they stand by their products. They've come, free of charge, to service my furniture years after ordering them. Will definitely buy more from them in the future!

My husband and I live in Chicago and have ordered from Room and Board for 23 years. Every piece of furniture is exceptionally well made. The sales people are always helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered a sleeper sofa with the help of Mathew in the Chicago store and he was fantastic.When they say the furniture will be ready in 4 weeks, the furniture has always been completed and ready to ship right on time. The delivery has always been professionally done....we have never had even a small scrape on a wall. It is such a pleasure doing business with this company.
