ROENReviews of roen.nyc

I own multiple pieces of jewelry from ROEN and couldn't be more impressed with the quality, design, and customer service. I recently worked with them to design my dream engagement ring and I love how patient, engaged, and detailed the team was throughout the entire process. I went to my appointment undecided on a few aspects of my ring design and their knowledgable team was able to make the perfect recommendations for me. My fiance and I are ecstatic with how the ring turned out!

ROEN has amazing customer service. When there was a problem with my original order. Sherrie was very understanding and communicated well every time I had a question.

Received my diamond studs within days. Beautiful quality and packaging. I've been wearing them every day. Will purchase again in the future.

Great Customer Service and beautiful pieces. You can tell the owner took the time to personally curate each piece.

I recently purchased three pieces of jewelry from ROEN Fine Jewelry, and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience. My first purchase was my wedding band that I worked on with Sherry and James. From then on, I've since purchased a pair of hoops and now their most recent release, the Jin tennis bracelet. The craftsmanship of the jewelry is truly exquisite. Each piece radiates a level of attention to detail and precision that reflects the artisanal expertise of ROEN Fine Jewelry. Throughout the entire process, the communication from ROEN's team was prompt, informative, and friendly. Any questions I had were met with a quick and helpful response, which added to the overall positive shopping experience.

My mom loved the Gaia hoop earrings and they arrived quickly in time for her bday

Ordered a three carat plus lab Diamond ring from ROEN to award myself. The quality and color of the stone is superb and the Tien band setting is beautiful and I can’t ask more. Price is smart and the associate was so helpful and easy to communicate.

Second bracelet purchased was not same design as the first and the website picture had not been updated so was disappointed. The old clasp was a differentiator and now that’s gone. Team did offer refund/exchange and were quick to respond which I appreciated.
