Great store. Best price I could find for repairing my S4 LCD screen. It was supposed to be done in about an hour. It was done sooner than that. Great service.

was having issues with pc lagging..needed it to be 'cleaned'. the customer service we received was impeccable -- great service, timely repairs, for a great price.

Came in when they opened in the morning. Already had a line of people. Saw me fairly quickly. Told me a price for the repair and said it should be ready by the end of the day. Price was dame as qouted and was ready at the end of the day.

My phone screen only took about an hour or two to get fixed. It's kind of expensive in my opinion but my screen was completely ruined and needed to be replaced so I guess the quick service and excellent customer service helped make my decision.

RockIt Repairs repaired my Kindle Fire after we had already taken it to a local shop that couldn't do the precision work needed. They did a wonderful job and my Kindle is working great. I was so worried that I would lose all my pictures and books, but they saved the day! Not only that, but the US mail service "misplaced" it when RockIt mailed it back to me and they continued to work with me and the postal service until it was located and returned to me. (The mail issue was totally not their fault.) I would highly recommend RockIt.

I sent in my galaxy gear S watch and they had it repaired and ready in no time at all. As well they kept me informed on when they received my watch, what they needed to do to fix it as well as a reasonable price. I will be using their services again.

Repair was quick (other than having to order part) and professional. What is particularly notable is how easy it is to communicate with them (the owner always responds to emails) and their follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the repair and to work out issues if you are not (I had an issue but it turned out not to be their repair and all is good now). A great resource, particularly if you are our of warranty. I highly recommend them.

My screen cracked because ipads are pretty weak. I brought it to RockIT Repairs and they put a new screen on it. They also put on some extra hard screen protector which insured it wouldn't break in the future. (It was a little expensive and it took a week longer than they said it would, but the end result outweighed any issues.)
